Typically within 1–2 weeks depending on the season. During peak summer months (June–September) I'd recommend booking 2–3 weeks ahead. Out of season, I can often accommodate shoots within a few days.
Not necessarily, but it's helpful for someone to be present for access and to answer any questions about the property. If you're not in Portugal, a key handover with a local contact works well.
I'll send you a preparation guide when we confirm the booking. In short: declutter surfaces, add small decorative touches (flowers, fruit, cushions), ensure all light bulbs work, and clean windows. Pool water should be clean and blue. I'll advise on anything specific to your property.
For the Complete package (€450+), I'm happy to take a 50% deposit at booking and the balance on delivery. Mention this when you enquire.
